A Few of My Work Samples
While some of my clients like to keep their work private, these are some of the projects I’m allowed to share and that I loved creating as well…
Background: SellMax is a cash-for-car company that helps car owners to exchange their car for cash quickly and easily – at fair quotes.
Goal: Educate car owners on how to sell their cars to a Junkyard with SEO-driven blog posts that will increase website and bookings.
Strategy: Create blog posts [this was one of them] that speak to the benefits SellMax offers people looking to get rid of their cars [whether it got totaled after an accident or they wanted to get some cash to buy a new one].
Background: Simplerjobs is a staffing company that makes employment simpler for job-seekers and staffing, time–[and money]-saving for businesses.
Goal: Show their expertise in making it easier, faster, and cost-effective for businesses to connect with top talent.
Strategy: Re-vamp their website with fresh, clear and concise copy that address their target audience’s headaches. And bring out their benefits without shifting focus from their audience.
Background: The Policyreviews website was created with the mission of making shopping for insurance fun, easy, and affordable.
Goal: To put emphasis on quality engaging content, instead of being just another website that pumps out tons of useless articles.
Strategy: Create high-quality and engaging content in a natural and authentic voice that others can easily understand, relate to and connect with.
Background: Adorn Nashville is a bridal shop that offers a truly bespoke and memorable experience for each and every bride.
Goal: Make Adorn Nashville a place for brides to feel the freedom to explore, wherever they are in their journey, and find their dream dress.
Strategy: Create helpful, friendly resources with corresponding email nurture series that will guide bride-to-bes on their journey without putting them all in a box.
Background: Jag Wall Art is an online ecommerce store that makes and sells eco-friendly wall decor designs.
Goal: Refresh website copy and come up with a FAQ page from scratch.
Strategy: Based on the questions from past customers, craft helpful answers that speak to the benefits of the store and ease customers’ concerns.
Background: ThinkBig Marketing is an SEO agency that increase rankings and your website traffic for their clients.
Goal: Provide free and helpful tips on digital marketing.
Strategy: Create free and helpful tips for business owners looking to learn more about SEO and if they can do it themselves or are better off hiring an expert [enter: Think Big].
Background: This is a spec email copy [real-life samples available on request]. I chose EVO2GRO because I love that the coach is focused on helping people-pleasers evolve into living a bold and guilt-free life they deserve.
Goal: Gently nudge subscribers to get on a free discovery call with the coach.
Strategy: Using a storytelling technique, I tailored the email to relate with the reader’s struggles and give her a peek at the life she deserves while directing her to a clear, straight-forward CTA.
Background: This is a spec email series [real-life samples available on request]. I chose Chewy.com, they’re on a mission to becoming the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents everywhere.
Goal: Increase the value of the email list and re-engage past customers to return and make another purchase.
Strategy: Create a Win-back email sequence to be sent out to people who haven’t been engaging with their emails in a long time [from 3-6 months] to either bring them back or unsubscribe them to increase email list value.
